- Abstract
- This thesis analyses the contemporary apprehension of the "Airtours criteria" for assessing coordinated effects in European competition law, 20 years after the case was handed down. It examines, through caselaw and regulatory challenges, the shift from structural to economic analyses, drawing on economic theories to assess their applicability in today’s markets, which are constantly evolving.
