Abstract
Many athletes lack financial stability because they are not able to secure alternative income sources such as endorsement deals. The challenges that athletes face are their own inherent limitations in terms of time, interest, and skills preventing them from creating revenue streams; the natural behaviour of brands that turn to more profitable options such as influencers for their commercial promotions; and the inadequacy of the service agencies to solve those problems. e-Agent is the first talent management agency that develops the marketing value of brilliant athletes effortlessly and find business deals to ensure that they achieve financial freedom through the monetisation of their passion for sports. The model of e-Agent consists of delivering automated and data-driven management services through their proprietary platform. This master thesis uncovers the business plan of e-Agent through a strategic, marketing, technical, organisational, financial and risk analysis.
