- The master thesis will attempt to draw up a business plan for the restaurant project "GreenMix". To do so, the master thesis will be composed of two parts. The first part will consist of a strategic analysis of four players already present on the fast-food market in Louvain-la-Neuve. The second part will develop a strategic marketing plan, including the description of the product and its market, an analysis of the needs through segmentation and the optimal operational choices resulting from all these analyses.
