Abstract
Nowadays, due to the deterioration of the planet's resources, new regulations and growing environmental trends among consumers, companies need to integrate green activities into their supply chain. Consequently, we can see an evolution of Supply Chain Management in the literature with the emergence of concepts such as Supply Chain Integration and Green Supply Chain Integration. Through the study of these different concepts and the changes they bring about in Supply Chain Management, it is possible to observe the knowledge and conclusions drawn from these concepts directly in a business environment. These observations were made at Kazidomi, an e-shop specializing in healthy and sustainable food and cosmetics. In this paper, a methodical and rigorous analysis of Kazidomi's supply chain is established to confront this field analysis with the information collected in the literature. The scope of this thesis focuses on the parcel delivery process and more precisely on the packaging process. All the stakeholders of the supply chain as well as external experts in the field of green logistics solutions are considered through a qualitative survey to ensure the efficiency and feasibility of the analysis and the proposed solutions.
