Abstract
This work consists of a practical case study based on the practices of the Coof Cooperative with the aim of observing how the latter empirically applies theoretical concepts from the regenerative economy. Using observational participation (Soulé, 2007) coupled with semi-structured interviews, this dissertation proposes to take up the 5 dimensions of regenerative economics raised by Del Marmol (2014) and see how they were (or were not) applied empirically. The conclusion of this work synthesizes the main results obtained and provides some food for thought as well as some recommendations for the cooperative studied.
