Abstract
This thesis aims at discovering the impact that the multinational feature of a company has on the five types of management control systems that a company might possess. The first part of this thesis is a litterature review that sets the theoretical basis around the MCS Package and the multinationality components. The second part is an exploratory case study of the Belgian multinational: Odoo.
