Abstract
The idea of this master thesis is to identify how to support New Product Development in a R&D department through several functions and practices regrouped in one tool. This tool will be developed through the case of Carmeuse. Besides the development of the Carmeuse's Project Profile, this master thesis has for objectives to provide recommendations for R&D department in order to support their NPD management. Moreover, through this paper, I will apply the knowledge and the know-how learnt at the LSM.
