Abstract
Nowadays, the saturated market and the fast pace of innovation make the Dutch telecommunications market an over-competitive environment. In that context, internal processes are core for main operators to improve the products and services' quality. In the last few years, Project Managers working in KPN's Access Network Department highlighted some inefficiencies in the run of the Business Case in terms of process and content. Indeed, some gaps were spotted between the forecasts and the effective results. As a student, I have been assigned the task to analyze the source and the extent of those gaps, and in the end to deliver some recommendations to improve future Business Case' forecasts.
