Abstract
Development in Africa attracts many foreign investors, Africans, as well as the African di-aspora based outside the continent. Besides, the launch of several start-ups on the conti-nent is a significant contributor to this development. However, some entrepreneurs in Afri-ca face difficulties when they want to launch their start-ups or when they want to expand in the market. On the other hand, opportunistic investors inside and outside Africa, as well as the diaspora, see the opportunity and try to invest in this up-and-coming market. It should be noted that on the African continent, almost everything is still to be done and developed. This represents an opportunity on the one hand for African and foreign investors, and on the other hand, it represents the opportunity to create new businesses for entrepreneurs based in Africa. We, therefore, have, on the one hand, available funds and, on the other hand, a need for start-up or extension funds. Moreover, these two groups of agents must be able to meet and establish a plan of collaboration and partnership. Many solutions exist but with certain constraints. These generate costs and are not accessi-ble to everyone. The project presented in this work is the feasibility study for the development of an applica-tion to directly connect investors and entrepreneurs in Africa. This would allow any inter-ested party to apply for a partnership.
