Abstract
The world is evolving. Powers are switching, nations are evolving. China in particular is taking more and more place in the world to achieve its goals and to growth its power, in particular in the Indo-Pacific. India also wants to growth in the world and in the Indo-Pacific. Through the concept of power, this master thesis try to understand how India reacted to the development of China in the Indo-Pacific in term of foreign policy.
