Abstract
The purpose of our thesis is to evaluate the best business model for IBA’s iMagX medical platform. The iMagX platform is critical to assist IBA’s proton therapy procedures for cancer treatment. This method is still developing very fast. IBA is therefore encouraged to collaborate with research centers and hospitals to keep its edge within the industry and provide the most effective and user friendly tools to its clients, mainly physicians and clinicians. The stakes of the thesis are to determine the best method of collaboration around the iMagX platform, from the choice of IBA’s partners to the selection of the most appropriate license for the platform.
