Abstract
Performance is one of the topics that managers attach particular importance to. Indeed, any activity undertaken by an organisation is aimed at achieving objectives previously set by its board of directors. The ability of the organisation to achieve its objectives is measured in terms of performance. In this master thesis, we will first present the tools proposed by various authors and the extent to which these tools can help to evaluate the performance of an organisation. Secondly, we will apply these tools to the concrete case of an organisation offering financial asset management services to individuals or institutional clients. What objectives? How to measure them? How to ensure their dissemination within the entire organisation? These are the questions we will try to answer for managers.
