Abstract
The present thesis focuses one the problematic of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Colombia and on understanding the adaptive challenge of implementing a telemedicine product for patients with NCDs in the Colombian context that the Emi Group would face. Additionally, this research will investigate the internal aspects of that challenge in order to get the project accepted and carried through by all internal stakeholders. Furthermore, the external aspects will be briefly tackled to understand the challenge of having the final customers accepting and effectively utilizing the product so that Emi’s telemedicine project can be part of the achievement of the original global goal which is decreasing the impact that NCDs have on the country while also being profitable. Finally, recommendations will be given based on all these elements to ensure the success of the project.
