Abstract
In recent years, smart home and IoT have become more prevalent than ever. Traditional access control systems focus on individual homes or businesses, where a central authority controls access rights. At the same time, more co-living arrangements are spreading. This paper aims to propose a novel model of access control based on a democratic and shared administration. It presents a theorical model followed by a proof of concept.
