Abstract
Tandem blades are usefull when there is an high turning angle of the flow. However, when the tandem blades are placed in front of a strut, it induces a static pressure distortion which can degrade the aerodynamic performance. The impact of the tandem blades rotations (also called Tilting) on the compressor performance and operability is investigated in this thesis.
