Abstract
The Network and Supply Chain Engineering Department of Kuehne + Nagel optimizes over two hundred networks of different customers per year. The undertaken action must however be respectful of the customer's strategy and respect the objectives settled. With an aim of knowledge sharing within the department, would it be possible to implement a method linking the strategy of the customers to past solved cases ? This Master's thesis clusters the customers' according to their strategy in order to find if these clusters lead to the same solution proposed by the engineers.
