Abstract
This thesis takes place in accordance with the International and European Tax Moot Court, organized by the IBFD and the KULeuven. It consists of two volumes - one on behalf of the Applicant (taxpayer) and one on behalf of the Defendant (tax authorities). Each volume contains the case and the clarifications brought to it, as well as a memorandum and a written version of the oral pleadings that took place in Leuven, Belgium.
