Abstract
This master thesis consists of a case study of the inventory management of an Indonesian company operating in the catering industry in Semarang: Sakapatat Beer Garden & Resto. The first part of this master thesis reviews the theoretical literature on inventory management. Afterward, based on the analysis of inventory management processes and performance indicators, the current management is evaluated and suggestions for improvement are made. .
