Abstract
Since 1850, carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere has increased, going from 287 ppm up to 403 ppm in 2017 impacting the world climate. Novel technologies are required to capture and valorize CO2, overcoming the drawbacks of the current technique, namely absorption. This paper explores novel technologies to achieve this goal.
