Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to assess the viability of Waké Company, which manufactures and sells Waké, a water-kefir drink. First, we will identify the health issues associated with the consumption of sugary drinks and then develop the solution, Waké. Next, we will conduct an in-depth analysis of the company's environment. This will allow us to identify Waké Company's competitive advantage and to conduct a SWOT analysis. The previously examined elements will be used to define Waké Company's marketing strategy, organizational plan, and supply chain. Finally, in order to confirm the viability of the company, we will conduct a financial analysis of the venture over a five-year period (2021-2025).
