Abstract
This thesis aims to provide a performance analysis methodology for GSK Vaccines to follow. GSK Vaccines being currently redesigning its distribution network, there was a need to propose a way to measure its performance after the completion of the project. This methodology contains various KPIs that have been proposed based on GSK Vaccines current needs and resources.
