Abstract
To respond to the ever-changing customer demands, companies are engaging more and more people in project-based work for the development of new products and the modification or the delisting of existing products. Such is the case of AB InBev, who developed the RFS process in order to follow correctly the development and implementation of its supply chain projects (e.g. new beers, artwork modification, promotions). However, this is a complex process, involving different resources (human, budgetary and technical). Therefore, this thesis aims to optimize the project implementation process by looking at the factors needed for a successful project implementation and at the appropriate tools or techniques that can help the project manager to pay attention to the factors with low performance.
