Abstract
This thesis is dedicated to the optimization of a new mode of transport of vaccines at GSK. To change a mode of transportation, there are many parameters to take into account. Financial, economic, territorial, logistic and nothing should be left to chance. In addition, vaccines are very sensitive products and subject to numerous regulations. You will therefore find in this brief the steps that led to this analysis.
