- Abstract
- The study's objective is to investigate the moral implications of the age restrictions in Luxembourg's health insurance system. In order to determine whether the use of such a criterion is fair, we'll examine two distinct cases: the reimbursement system provided by the mandatory insurance and the contribution system provided by the supplemental insurance. My opinions about the role of age as a component of justice in health insurance are outlined in the conclusion. The purpose of this paper is to invite the Luxembourg authorities to review the age requirement in favor of greater equality among its insured.
