Abstract
This project master thesis is written as completion to the master of Business Engineering, at the Universite Catholique de Louvain. The subject of the project is selected in co-operation with GSK Vaccine, a corporation in which the author did an internship for six months. The project aims to develop a new distribution network for GSK Vaccine in Asia Pacific region using theoretical supply chain strategies as the basis. The new distribution network is then evaluated in terms of distribution risk, delivery lead time, and cost.
