- Abstract
- The cocrystal conglomerate constituted of two active pharmaceutical ingredients, chiral mandelic acid and achiral Nefiracetam, was successfully used for the preferential crystallization of mandelic acid in acetonitrile using single and coupled containers. Our research demonstrates that exceptional high purity values can be achieved. These results emphasize the application of preferential crystallization to the resolution of cocrystal conglomerate systems.
