- Abstract
- Today, the car is at the heart of our lives ; in 2020, Belgium has more than one car for two inhabitants and this research field is constantly being developed as it represents a societal, environmental and economic challenge. Predict and analyse the behaviour of such vehicles becomes essential for the performances and the safety. This master's thesis presents on the one hand the development of a real-time driving simulator with a haptic feedback torque and more precisely the way we added the accelerator and brake pedals. On the other hand, we will expose the results of dynamics analyses we made on this simulator. The interest of such a device is that it uses an accurate dynamic model, allowing any parameter to be changed from one simulation to another.
