Abstract
enCompanies are constantly looking for new ways to improve their productivity and to spare time. Along with the evolution of technology, better adapted solutions continuously appear in order to meet the demand. In the field of services provision, the appearance of small online platforms are refreshing in comparison with traditional ERPs. Facing this situation, we introduce our solution: MyPrest. The main goal of our thesis is to present the different features of our solution as well as the conception of the software, from the meeting with the client to the final production, going through all the technical aspects. MyPrest is an online platform allowing a team to handle their benefits. This platform allows to handle several aspects of an organization such as the files evolution, the invoice creation and follow-up as well as the communication with the client. In order to distinguish ourselves from most ERPs, it is highly important not to overlook some unique aspects of our software such as an interface allowing the user’s client to access his file’s information in real time. Thanks to an accurate methodology based on a flexible approach and to a strong collaboration with the client, we were able to reach our goals by setting up a fully functional software that perfectly meets the client’s expectations.
