This works builds on the recent flurry of criticism addressed towards the EU's Industrial Policy, or therof the lack of a full-fledged one, and explores possible inconsistencies and incoherences within and across its three main constituent policies (Trade&Invesment policy; Competition Law; Technology/innovation policies).
