Abstract
This report aims at showing how to upgrade and improve the distribution risk assessment process in terms of time, efficiency, responsibility, and organization in regard to the Lean Management Theory. It is expected that this work will help the company to improve its risk assessment process and to have a better vision of the entire organization involved in risk assessment over the next few years.
