Abstract
In an effort to stay on the forefront Nike strives to reduce his inventory forcing the leadership management to forecast and target the inventory performance for the next year. However, this targeting process faces some issues due to the lack of support and information given to the directors to perform this type of evaluation. The project exposed in this paper aims to provide a solution to this problem. After introducing Nike and the description of the classification used, the paper will focus on a deep analyze of Nike’s supply chain in order to identify some levers which could help to reduce the inventory. Finally, the thesis will detail the solution implemented in the model in order to improve the inventory management and the performance achieved.
