Abstract
After having presented the implementation of a kinetic model and having exposed a set of techniques allowing this model to impose itself as an additional tool in the statistician’s arsenal, this master thesis focused on the application of this model to concrete data, and on the improvement of this model as well as on addition of a batch effect via a mixed effect model.
