Abstract
The main objective of this case study is to determine the optimal go-to-market strategy of Bellavie in the United States. It focuses first on the challenges encountered by born global start-ups during their internationalization strategies and then more specifically on start up companies in the probiotic sector. A particular focus will be set on the American market and its specifies. Finally, different modes of entry are mentioned and studied in order to determine the best option for Bellavie's entry in the United States.
