Abstract
Covid-19 and the economic crisis that followed caused trouble to a lot of industries. Of course, AGC Automotive, as a supplier of cars glazing parts, has not been spared and suffered a lot of this crisis. Consequently, the top management is looking even more closely to the cash management and therefore, special attention must be paid to the stock levels and consequently, to the quality of forecasts. This thesis aims to assess the forecast accuracy evaluation system of AGC. Thanks to a literature review, potential indicators are selected and afterwards tested with AGC data. After that, KPIs are selected and recommendations are made.
