Abstract
This thesis explores I-Care's central role in today's industrial evolution, focusing on its predictive maintenance and industrial equipment reliability solutions. It also examines the growing importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in I-Care's strategy, essential to accompanying this transformation. The main theme of this research is the difference in vision of the challenges of transition between the American and European markets. More specifically, it analyzes how these two markets, with their distinct approaches to materiality - single materiality for the American market and double materiality for the European market - influence the adoption of I-Care's solutions for predictive maintenance and industrial equipment optimization.
