- Abstract
- The purpose of this master’s thesis is to help a business launching its B2C e-commerce business to determine its delivery services and how to implement it from an operational point of view. Therefore we examined the literature as well as the specific case of e-grocery retailers in Belgium. We concluded our analysis by developing an advisory model outlining the main decisional factors to be taken into account in the decision making process.
