Abstract
This dissertation aims to establish the business plan for our project titled 'Plogo'. Plogo is an application that connects electric vehicle (EV) drivers with electric charging station owners. It has the unique feature of encouraging local sharing by allowing charging station owners to create a group with their neighbors to share their station exclusively with them. We provide a matchmaking and management service by offering the ability to find a nearby network, a shared calendar, a group chat, and a payment method.
