Abstract
In this master thesis, we will seek to define the feasibility of a mobile application. There will be a conceptual analysis of the tools needed to understand the entrepreneurship universe focusing on the specificities of Belgium, as well as a global analysis of the smartphone market and features. In the case study, we will establish a complete business plan by defining in depth each point in order to define the feasibility of the project. This analysis will allow us to study the entrepreneurial wave in Belgium and to understand the various digital concepts related to the smartphone application. Then, we will develop a business plan by using a specific strategic approach.
