Abstract
In a context where environmental issues are becoming increasingly important, major economic players are being urged to take positive climate measures. This thesis aims to examine the methods used by Besix and its European suppliers to combat climate change. By adopting a precise strategy and using cutting-edge technologies, Besix aims to change its current construction methods. While leading cement companies are promoting Carbon Capture technologies, Besix aims to reverse the situation. By seeking efficient alternatives to cement, with the aim of reducing its production. Besix is therefore investigating the various European companies with the potential to enter the cement market, proposing opportunities for collaboration. The aim of this thesis is to examine the various possible proposals for developing these alternatives, while highlighting the current limitations of the market.
