Abstract
This master thesis focuses on the automation of the two-way job matching problem. "Two-way" because on one side, it assists recruiters in selecting the best candidates, and on the other side, it helps job seekers find the best jobs. Our work provides improvements towards efficient (time and precision-wise) and explainable systems using machine learning solutions.
