- Abstract
- This master thesis examines inclusive communication practices as part of a corporate diversity and inclusion policy. In this scope, we selected Michelin for our case study. Using a qualitative approach, based on a detailed examination of internal and external communication documents and, secondly, a thematic analysis of interviews conducted with employees from Michelin, our aim is to identify inclusive communication practices and to understand their influence on employee perceptions, their sense of belonging and their commitment. The results show that inclusive communication not only transforms a company's internal culture, but also plays a crucial role in effectively promoting diversity and inclusion, with positive effects not only for employees, but also for society.
