Abstract
The research thesis intends to study the techniques of valuation on a new type of business, in a new industry: crowdfunding. However the thesis does not focus on the entrepreneur or crowd, but on the investor who injects capital into the equity-based crowdfunding platform. To work on real data, we will study the case of the Belgian crowdfund: MyMicroInvest
