- Abstract
- This paper presents a study on the implementation of the SDGs in a Belgian SME. It focuses on contributing to research by analyzing the uncertainty of customers' reactions as one reason for the withholding of SMEs towards the SDGs. It provides insights into the difference in the perception of this potential implementation by B2B and B2C customers. Furthermore, it helps to quantify its impact in one SME through a quantitative study. Additionally, this paper contributes to sustainable research in the semi-precious stones industry and mapping supply chains in the sector.
