Abstract

Pour devenir indépendant, il est important de bien appréhender le milieu dans lequel on souhaite évoluer et d’analyser ses besoins financiers. Cela peut parfois être difficile pour les jeunes entrepreneurs dans le domaine artistique qui ne disposent pas toujours des connaissances nécessaires pour ce faire. Dans ce mémoire-projet, nous avons accompagné un créateur de contenu vidéo qui est actuellement affilié à la Smart. Celui-ci souhaite passer au statut d’indépendant. Nous allons donc construire son business model canevas, analyser sa concurrence et définir sa stratégie marketing. Dans un second temps, nous établirons son plan financier, élément indispensable lorsque l’on démarre une activité. In order to become a self-employed, it is important to understand the environment in which you want to operate and to analyze your financial needs. This can sometimes be difficult for young entrepreneurs in the artistic domain because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge to do so. In this end-of-study project we have supported a video content creator who is currently affiliated to Smart. He wants to become a self-employed. We will therefore help him build his business model canvas, analyze the competition and define his commercial strategy. In a second step, we will establish his financial plan which is an essential element when starting an activity.
