- Abstract
- This retrospective study analyzes the presence of tubulointerstitial infiltration by interstitial fibrosis and adaptative immune effectors (T and B lymphocytes) in diagnostic biopsies of ANCA-GN. Our purpose is to provide a detailed characterization of the infiltration and to determine whether it is associated with long-term renal outcomes. Tubulointerstitial infiltration at diagnosis could serve as a marker to define a prognosis for ANCA-GN if a correlation with the severity of the pathology is established.
