Abstract
This thesis proposes an analysis of the duty to prevent State’s agents financing of terrorism under the International Convention for the Suppression of Financing of Terrorism. Based on the judgement of the ICJ on the preliminary objections raised by the Russian Federation (2019), the extent of the duty to prevent, compared to the States duty to refrain from financing terorrism, is enlightened.
