Abstract
In the wake of the Covid-19 crisis, teleworking has become more popular, leading to a sharp increase in online meetings. As convenient as they are, remote meetings are drastically changing the way companies communicate internally and challenging them. This paper attempts to identify the issues that companies are facing as a result of the widespread use of remote meetings and their impact on the effectiveness of internal communication. This research is based on the results of an online form, the analysis of internal corporate remote meetings and the testimonies of teleworkers to highlight the main challenges of online meetings. The paper also suggests possible solutions to improve the remote conduct of internal corporate meetings.
