Abstract
This thesis focuses on Human Resources Management (HRM) practices to tackle resistance to change in times of new strategic visions. We will analyze whether HRM practices can decrease employees’ resistance to change through an increase in Organizational Justice perception. We will test our hypotheses empirically. All of this in the context of a digital transformation within ENGIE Benelux.
