- Abstract
- Reactors contain regulators that are essential for controlling the nuclear reaction: control rods. These clusters are used to control nuclear reactions by limiting the number of neutrons in the reactor core. In this way, the control rods maintain the balance of the process, preventing the triggering of chain reactions that could lead to overheating or loss of control of the reactors. The aim of this work is to use a multibody model to study the dynamic aspects of cluster falls in the event of an earthquake.
