Abstract
This exploration work goes through The European framework of regulations concerning the European transportation sector. It assesses this framework's efficiency by comparing it with scientists’ recommendations and insights coming directly from the industry players of the sector. It proposes a new trajectory for the upcoming policies in order to respect the Paris Agreement and reach the European objective of being carbon neutral by 2050.
